Tailored to integrate design engineering skills with the world of 3D using a 'Live' project as a practical example of a CAE application. this course is designed to provide practical solutions to your current engineering objectives.

Part 1 - Basic 3D, Surfaces, Solids and Assembly

Part 2 - (Optional) Return to base, consolidation of knowledge          

Part 3 - Advanced Surfaces, Complex Solids, Generation of Drawings.

Part 4 - Live working example of an Automotive/Aerospace project

To assist Engineering liaison while training, models will be made available on CAT web via a Web Browser for discussion. Integration of advanced products 4D Navigator & Shape optimization will be evaluated for best working practices.

Productive CATIA Training for Corporate Clients

Duration - 10 Days

The standard Catia course can be designed and tailored to suit your individual company requirements, including single part, assembly and drawings, using a typical Work piece and Catia environment from your Company.

Example, an engineer inexperienced in using Catia, would be placed on an intensive course, incorporating 3D, Solids and draw mode for the first three to five days, until completion of the basic test piece. 
They would then continue to expand on the design process until completion of an evolving work piece incorporating extra drawing, modeling, surfacing, etc directed at your product.

Each trainee is coached at a rate to suit there own learning ability and is expected to attend for a minimum of eight hours per day, the training center being open from 7.45am until 6.30pm daily and at weekends by request. 

On completion of the course all students are assessed and a full evaluation and training report will be supplied to your company for each engineer attending

Time spent away from your office is valuable. Quest’s object is to maximize the knowledge gained in a Catia working environment.
