1. CATIA V5  DMU -  Part Modification.

 Duration: ½  Day

Build an Assembly, fix, insert, move constraints. Working in the product using models you have built. Analyze, measure, SectionCut, clash detect, Use Parts Library, reuse pattern. Modify and create parts from the assembly  (DMU)

2.  CATIA V5 Kinematics Workshop

Duration 1 Day Only £180

 The Kinematics workshop allows you to simulate simple and complex movements of assemblies. It is the tool to check if your design is working, if it can do all the range of movements which you expect. It also allows checking for clashes during the move are output the space required and speed and acceleration

The Wire frame and Surface workshop allows you to create wire frame construction elements during preliminary design and enrich existing 3D mechanical part design with wire frame and basic surface features.

This workshop enables you to quickly model both simple and complex shapes using wire frame and surface features. It provides a large set of tools for creating and editing surfaces. When combined with other products such as Part Design, it meets the requirements of solid-based hybrid modeling

4.CATIA V5 Sheet metal Workshop

Duration 1 Day Only £180

The Sheet metal workshop allows you to create simple and complex parts made out of sheet metal with the capability to create the flat pattern.

Cutouts can be created on the folded or unfolded part. You can also go the reverse way and create the flat part first and then define the bends.

The drawing will allow you to insert an unfolded view easily and quickly.

- Introduction to Sheet Metal Design 
- Understanding the user interface, terminology and Sheet Metal parameters 
- Generating Sheet Metal Walls, Bends, Flanges and Cut Outs 
- Creating finished components from the flat pattern 
- Creating flat pattern from the finished bent component 
- Generating 2D flat pattern manufacturing drawings

5.CATIA V5 FreeStyle Workshop

Duration 1 Day Only £180

* Create Free Form 3D Curves

 * Dynamically deform and analyze

 * Adjust by pulling Control Points

 * Create Curvature continuous Surfaces

 * Check quality with highlighting
