 Telephone support

Telephone support is based on dedicated liaison between the CATIA Designer and our Technical Support Team.

This form of support enables the customer to resolve technical problems by discussing them with an  experienced user, enabling expedient solutions to the problem.


This facility is available between normal office hours,

(8.30 am – 5.30 pm)
 

Telephone support to include:

* Printing / Plotting Troubleshooting
* System Administration
* CATIA Methodology
* Networking Advice
