CATIA V5 – Foundation

 Duration: 5 Days

Airbus Foundation (4 days covering some very basic areas of Catia v5): Airbus requires Catia v5 designers to have acquired this basic level of training  covering a set syllabus, The training can be obtained from any training centre though out the world not just an UK IBM business partners

Course meets all the needs for Airbus Certification Foundation. This Course include the 5 following modules:

1-Basic Solid

 * Learn the basic operators required for solid modeling

 2-Advanced Solid

* This Module equips you to work in the real world (it is not just training)

* Advanced Operator Skills like using Multiple Bodies Pads, creating Parametric Feature Repetition or using Union Trim to ease modeling

3-Assembly Design

 * Create Assemblies

 * Use Components from catalog

 * Position Components with constraints

4-Drafting

 * Create Views, Sections

 * Filter Components for display or cutting

 * Create fully dimensioned Drawings

5-DMU

The conclusion of the course is a work session in DMU, this is where all your learning comes together and you feel ready for the Catia world
