Managed Limited Companies explained
The Managed Limited Company is applicable regardless of whether your contract is under IR35 or not.

If you conclude that that IR35 applies to your contract, a surprising number of people mistakenly assume they have no option but to join a PAYE Umbrella Company (See Umbrella Company option).

However, most people will still be significantly better off using a Limited Company, although legislation does reduce your net income.
In addition, by claiming allowable expenses, you will be able to further increase your Net Earnings and reduce your overall tax liability.
